#skinnyjane Quick Slim Program

Now for the nitty gritty and thank you to those who kept going. I have a background in nutrition and curiosity with health products. Not that I'm always on diets, but that the things, products and foods that people eat/take to stay healthy or be the best they can be-intrigues me. I feel like I have already learned the real secret to lifelong weight maintenance, which is that it isn't about a diet, it's a lifestyle! A lifestyle of moderation. But with that said I still think we're all human, and we need something that can get us over a hump, to baby step us toward a lifestyle, give us parameters and give us the motivation we need to keep going. Insert #skinnyjane here! Definitely with results in the first week, could give a girl a boost of confidence she needs to put effort working out and eating healthy.


I feel like the combination of products and foods I ate kept me satisfied until the next meal. I hate the feeling of deprivation!! As soon as I tell myself - no (name your weakness, mine is swedish fish) then I want and would over do it. I never felt deprived or that I was on a diet. I never went to bed hungry. The shake doesn't taste like a protein powder type supplement you would pick up at a vitamin store or supermarket. It wasn't overpowering, so I felt like it would compliment other add in's and flavors. Especially after the first weeks and you're starting to find a groove of how to maintain. Fruit, almond milk, extracts, coco powder, etc. just to name a few ideas. The TKO tea, is probably what help stretch meals, so that I walked away full not want to grab an extra helping of something, but also worked hand in hand with the skinny burn pills so that I was able walk away from coffee without a single side effect. The skinny burn pill has less caffeine that coffee but felt the energy boost was so much more natural and at a stronger, higher, less moody level! The cleanse does it's job, and I will leave details and my pre-skinnyjane very regular routine out of this... just know it works. Plan to have access to a bathroom most of a morning when you have taken these.
I do recommend that you take your first two pills the night before you actually start the program. The first day is the hardest. I feel like if you were already starting to be free of some of those toxins, that the first day wouldn't be as hard.
The only goals I had going into this program was to give up coffee (learning to like tea) and to eat breakfast everyday. I did that, plus got long term goal results in under a week. That says a lot. I was given the opportunity to receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion. BUT my review is my own. I speak truth here y'all and did the whole sha-bang of the program (trust me- I am finishing up my week) and my discount doesn't reflect what I think! Thanks #skinnyjane!
