Now for the nitty gritty and thank you to those who kept going. I have a background in nutrition and curiosity with health products. Not that I'm always on diets, but that the things, products and foods that people eat/take to stay healthy or be the best they can be-intrigues me. I feel like I have already learned the real secret to lifelong weight maintenance, which is that it isn't about a diet, it's a lifestyle! A lifestyle of moderation. But with that said I still think we're all human, and we need something that can get us over a hump, to baby step us toward a lifestyle, give us parameters and give us the motivation we need to keep going. Insert #skinnyjane here! Definitely with results in the first week, could give a girl a boost of confidence she needs to put effort working out and eating healthy.


I feel like the combination of products and foods I ate kept me satisfied until the next meal. I hate the feeling of deprivation!! As soon as I tell myself - no (name your weakness, mine is swedish fish) then I want and would over do it. I never felt deprived or that I was on a diet. I never went to bed hungry. The shake doesn't taste like a protein powder type supplement you would pick up at a vitamin store or supermarket. It wasn't overpowering, so I felt like it would compliment other add in's and flavors. Especially after the first weeks and you're starting to find a groove of how to maintain. Fruit, almond milk, extracts, coco powder, etc. just to name a few ideas. The TKO tea, is probably what help stretch meals, so that I walked away full not want to grab an extra helping of something, but also worked hand in hand with the skinny burn pills so that I was able walk away from coffee without a single side effect. The skinny burn pill has less caffeine that coffee but felt the energy boost was so much more natural and at a stronger, higher, less moody level! The cleanse does it's job, and I will leave details and my pre-skinnyjane very regular routine out of this... just know it works. Plan to have access to a bathroom most of a morning when you have taken these.
I do recommend that you take your first two pills the night before you actually start the program. The first day is the hardest. I feel like if you were already starting to be free of some of those toxins, that the first day wouldn't be as hard.
The only goals I had going into this program was to give up coffee (learning to like tea) and to eat breakfast everyday. I did that, plus got long term goal results in under a week. That says a lot. #ThinkFun Balance Beans Game Review

Brillantly designed educational "game" that my kids have yet to figure out that they are learning from! I have younger kiddos so the concepts that this game can be used for now are colors, likes, counting, matching, addition, subtraction, and of course balancing. But I'm excited that it doesn't stop there and this #thinkfun game can grow with them! Some day soon we will be knee deep in the school world and we are already equipped for those harder mathematical concepts! I really like how there aren't a million different pieces to this game. The pieces that are included are durable, reasonably sized and not hard to set up. There aren't complicated rules, and a child can play this game alone. Tea with jam and bread! This #vitapurateainfuser is a beautifully designed tea infuser two pack for any and all loose leaf tea drinks. My blueberry green tea did not come in so that I could actually test the product with actual loose leaf tea. I experimented anyway by cutting open a lemon herb tea bag and dumping the contents into my new tea infuser. Although there were a few grains of tea that fell loose in the tea, the #vitapurateainfuser did a fantastic job of containing the loose tea that was definitely not made for that!!! I did another test run with my hubs black tea by just placing the bag inside the infuser and actually liked having the little metal hook to ensure I wouldn't lose the bag in the cup. The top is easy to twist and snap close and secures the contents so that the infuser can be submerged in water. Thoroughly pleased with this product. I even have a sneaky toddler who keeps removing it from the dish mat to play with in her tea cups. Cove Castile Soap Review

Here I thought making homemade soaps and cleaners was going to be hard, smelly, expensive, and not work properly! I was SO wrong!!! https://www.findyourcove.com. This almost 34 oz bottle would make 8 batches of laundry soap, that provides 120 loads each!!!! There are so many castile recipes for all natural cleaners, etc., I was beyond blown away when I typed my simple search into Pinterest! #CoveCastileSoap is high quality and the ingredients are organic and all natural. I have been recommended to use these oils because of some sensitive skin issues. I am very please with how quickly the product arrived, that it was double sealed and inside a zipped plastic bag. The soap washes clean and doesn't feel sticky. I chose unscented incase I wanted to use in a product with a different scent. Excited about my future suzie homemaker projects! #Adorology Carseat Cover and Bib Review

What?!? Adorology might be the most perfect name for a company that can crank out something to this level of cuteness and usefulness. I adore (punny but not purposefully placed) the cover and can't believe I didn't have this with my first child. I love how it easily can be used over a carseat, a high chair, a shopping cart, and then fashionably over you and the babe for comfort and modest feeding. It is so cute and so soft! The bibs are made out of the same comfy knit and are very fun prints. These bibs easily snap and have two snap locations so they can grow with the baby. The bandana style is becoming increasingly popular because of it's drool catching shape, ease of wear, not shifting shape (so it doesn't inch it's way into becoming a cape as the traditional shape tends to do at times), and it's non bib looking style! I love them! I think the knit is perfect to absorb drool and protect clothing from getting wet. The price is also great for such a versatile baby accessory. Detangling Hair Brush Review

I am super excited about this #SHSH detangling hair brush! I have a little one with super thick/long hair and brushing out tangles is a daily activity. This brush is adorable and my little one calls it her fancy brush. We both love the colors and the tiny mirror on the back. It's small - which is great for storing and usage on a tiny head, but doesn't make it difficult to hold and brush with. It works amazingly! I have used less and less detangling spray every day of use! Plus it really does stay clean! After a week of use I found two stray hairs in the brush and was able to quickly pull them loose before the "photo shoot". It feels sturdy and quality, I feel I will get a longer use out of it than the brush I had for the little one prior to this brush. The wider brissels don't smooth out the lumps when styling hair into pony tails etc. We generally always used a comb for this anyway. But with this brush, using a comb is so much easier! It doesn't get caught in a hidden tangle like the previous brush didn't get.

Smart Phone Fan Review

#smartphonfan! Genius! Its not strong enough to make you need to put a sweater on or blow you away but in a pinch or where not a lot of space is provided it is great! Airplanes, elevators, standing in lines, children in cars/strollers, stadiums, sports events, at the pool. If you are someone who gets overheated or have children and need an in a pinch cooling device... this is for you! It simply plugs into your phone, and then you attach the fan blade and then...ta da! Spinning fan! Works off of your battery and does use it fairly quickly. But I will say I have owned two other battery operated fans to use for my children while in the stroller while on a run, and both of them would run through a set of double AA batteries every other day only using for less than an hour. You are sure to get lots of hours of airy fun with this! Just charge your phone before extended use! I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion.
